Portfolio of 36 Office Buildings - Reconciliation of post transaction issues. Tasks completed included creating a database of buildings and tenants; review of leases for expense treatments, coordinating property managers and architects to create accurate CAD based stacking plans.
Multi-tenant Office Buildings - Financial Underwriting. Review of operating statements, general ledger and bank statements and populating client's model. Expenditures that appeared to be extraordinary or inconsistent with industry standards were further researched to provide the client with an explanation of these discrepancies.
